Dr. Madhab Chandra Jena is a distinguished researcher, academic leader, and industry professional with over 25 years of integrated experience spanning R&D, plant operations, sustainability, and academic leadership. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Energy and Environment (Mechanical Engineering) from BPUT, Odisha, along with M.Tech in Production Engineering, dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, an MBA in Production Management, and multiple certifications including Certified Energy Manager & Auditor (BEE, Govt. of India), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Machinery Safety Expert. Currently serving as Dean – Innovation and Start-up at GIFT Autonomous Engineering College, he has previously held senior leadership roles such as COO, Plant Head, and Technical Head in reputed organizations including ACC Ltd., ITC Ltd., and Everest Industries Ltd.
